We Love Pets!

We love pets – and we love happy neighbors. This pet policy is here to make sure everyone (furry and human) enjoys living at First Street Village.

Welcome Pets

Dogs (25lbs max)
Cats

$50/month per pet

Household Limit

Up to 2 Pets

Per household

Breed Restrictions

Due to insurance and safety requirements, certain breeds are restricted. We understand every dog is loved!

Restricted Breeds: Akia, Alaskan Malamute/Husky, American Staffordshire Terrier, Australian Shepard, Belgian Malinois, Bloodhound, Bull Mastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Fila Brasilerio, Foxhound, German Shepard, Great Dane, Greyhound, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saluki breed, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrids

Pet Requirements

Pet Paperwork

All pets must be:

Registered
Listed on lease/resident file
Up to date on shots
Licensed
Photo taken for file

Notify us within 7 days of new pets or changes.

Supervision Rules

Leash required outside home
No unattended pets in common areas
No free-roaming anywhere

Being a Good Neighbor

Noise & Behavior

Occasional barks/meows = OK
Nonstop noise = Not OK
No lunging, chasing, or scaring
No damage to property

Clean Up Rules

Pick up all waste immediately
Bag and trash properly
No using balconies/patios as bathrooms
Responsible for all pet-related damage

Pet-Free Zones

For health and safety, pets are not allowed in:

Pools and pool decks
Fitness center
Rooftop areas
Community rooms
Business centers

*Service animals are always welcome

Guest Pets

Visiting pets must follow the same rules:

You are responsible for their behavior
You are responsible for their waste
You are responsible for any damages
Management may remove disruptive pets
